If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Tiles-Direct reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse return centre within 30 days of the delivery date.

Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.

The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curbside).
